RESERVATION POLICY: The office is not open 24 hours, if you plan to arrive later than 9:00PM please call us for instructions. Credit card information provided to secure room reservation must be valid and may be billed up to 3 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be required at the time of check-in and any credit card transactions require presentation of credit card. If there are any special needs please contact us by phone or e-mail.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any changes and/or cancellations MUST be made in writing or by phone to A Holiday Motel prior to 3 days before the reservation arrival date to avoid any cancellation charges. Last minute cancellations or no shows will be charged first night room + tax to the credit card provided at the time of booking. By making a reservation and providing your credit card information you acknowledge your acceptance of our reservation and cancellation policies and agree to the cancellation penalty fee.
