Reservation and Cancellation Policy

All of our rooms are non smoking and we do not accept pets. Check-in time is after 3:00PM. Check-out time is before 11:00AM. The office is not open 24 hours, if you plan to arrive earlier than 3:00PM or later than 9:00PM please call us for instructions. Credit card information provided will be used to secure room reservation. By providing credit card upon booking, you grant permission to A Holiday Motel to charge the credit card up to the total of your reservation prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
**GROUP AND SPECIAL EVENT BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO A 14 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY**
**REGULAR BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO A 3 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY**
Any changes and/or cancellations MUST be made in writing or by phone to A Holiday Motel prior to the reservation cancellation deadline date to avoid any cancellation charges. Last minute cancellations or no shows will be charged first night room + tax to the credit card provided at the time of booking. By making a reservation and providing your credit card information you acknowledge your acceptance of our reservation and cancellation policy and agree to any and all fees or charges pertaining to this reservation.
